Jersey Jams Fund Benefit At The Stanhope House
The renowned New Jersey live music venue, the Stanhope House, proudly announces what may be the first in a series of hosted benefits for the Jersey Jams Fund, a music education program for NJ children in aid of fighting terrorism with the healing power of music. Included in the Band line-up for the event having occured on April 27th, was featured special guest, the well known and respected blues guitarist and singer-songwriter, Larry Baeder.
Stanhope, NJ - Monday, April 28, 2003 – The renowned live music venue, the Stanhope House, is proud to announce its support of the Jersey Jams Fund with what may be the first of a series of hosted benefits having occurred on Sunday, April 27, 2003. The donation at the door was $10. The Stanhope House, located at 45 Main Street in Stanhope, NJ, has a full restaurant menu and bar on the premises for the enjoyment of the clubs patrons.

About Jersey Jams
The Jersey Jams Fund is a music education program for NJ children, formed on September 20, 2001. Its objectives are to fight terrorism with the healing power of music and to enrich children with the positive impact of music. Thus far, it has raised over $24,000 and awarded substantial funds through music scholarships to 26 New Jersey Children of 9/11 between the ages of four to sixteen. These scholarships cover music lessons, school band equipment, sheet music, and fees for music festivals, competitions, and auditions. The Jersey Jams Fund also offers NJ children music mentorships.
