Condon joins Commercial Texas from Colliers International where he worked on behalf of a range of leading companies from 2000 to 2003. During his time at the firm, he was involved in the leasing of nearly 200,000 square feet of space to leading corporations including Vignette, Cascade Financial and The State Bar of Texas. In 2001, Condon was recognized for most transactions closed in the Austin-area by a Colliers broker.

As an expert golfer, Condon began his career at the Barton Creek Resort and Club overseeing the operations of the Fazio Foothills Golf Course, and providing instruction to its members.

Condon is a current member of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA), the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), and an active participant in the Meals on Wheels program.
