As part of the agreement, Soulmate will include the Audiofy Player, a software package for playing audiobooks on PCs and PDAs, on each of their new Soulmate Audiobook MP3-CDs, scheduled for availability in late Spring, 2003.

The Audiofy Player, built to read a digital table of contents file, will enable the listener to navigate the table of contents for each audiobook, as well as enable viewing of additional information about the book and software. Soulmate Audiobooks MP3-CDs feature unabridged titles from such bestselling authors as Nora Roberts, Tom Clancy, Ken Follett, Mario Puzo and Amy Tan. Their audiobook MP3-CDs and the Audiofy Player software, included on every Soulmate audiobook, each conform to the recently adopted Consumer Electronic Associations (CEA) specifications, developed in partnership with the Audio Publishers Association (APA).
