Aspin Interactive develops innovative online stock ordering system for American greeting card company Freedom Greeting
Freedom Greeting Card Company, a leading American greeting card manufacturer based in Bensalem, Philadelphia USA has hired Aspin Interactive to develop an innovative website strategy; providing trade and retail customers a valuable range of online services.
Freedom Greeting Card Company, a leading American greeting card manufacturer based in Bensalem, Philadelphia USA has hired Aspin Interactive to develop an innovative website strategy; providing trade and retail customers a valuable range of online services.
The new look Freedom Greeting website offers visitors up-to-date information on products and the company. Retail visitors will be able to purchase items online through the Freedom Store. Trade customers and representatives are given pass worded access to their own website area to view industry information, and access a unique online stock ordering system.

The back office system used by Freedom Greeting is a product developed by AMS Ltd, (Aspin Interactive's parent company), called AMSolve. AMSolve handles orders, customers, stock and provides warehouse management and accounting facilities. The website integration will enable trade customers to make regular stock orders online. These will then be automatically transmitted to the AMSolve system. The security risk of sending transactional information is removed as customers need to be registered on the AMSolve system. Customer information will be automatically shared between head office and the website allowing customers to make and keep track of orders through a web browser.
Jay Levitt, President of Freedom Greeting sums up what this project means to Freedom:
"We've known for sometime that we needed a way to speed up the turn-around of orders, we also knew that there was a way we could increase the number of orders made. Additionally, reps across North America regularly fax order requests manually. It's time consuming and mistakes are made. Aspin's solution means we can simplify the process and reduce errors, increasing efficiency, and profit.
