UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA SELECTS THE EDCOMM GROUP TO DEVELOP ONLINE TEAM ACTION CENTER (eTAC)
Union Bank of California selected The Edcomm Group to create the eUBOC Team Action Center (eTAC) to assist Union Bank of California in fostering online workgroup collaboration and information reporting among all of its e-business initiative teams. The Team Action Center is a system offering the latest features and functionality in a ground-breaking interface that allowed its varied population to become productive quickly.
Edcomm began by developing a new process methodology to manage the work, and enhance project integrity and time to market. The methodology combined the structure and quality control of traditional system life cycle techniques, with a flexible and responsive iterative model to provide rapid application development and a customer-centric focus.
The eUBOC Team Action Center (eTAC) was launched as an online environment to track each initiative through the process methodology and assist users in more effectively managing and communicating the status of their eBusiness initiatives. The eTAC allows users to view and update the status of projects, communicate and share files with other users, and utilize templates to standardize project documentation. The eTAC makes information about eUBOC initiatives easily accessible at any time, from any computer with internet access.
