Identa ltd. held meetings in :Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, U.S.A.

Results of IDenta meetings held in May 2003.

1.   Bulgaria:
Two workshops were held in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia.

On May 20, 2003 a workshop was held at the border patrol headquarters in Sofia for institutional authorities (police, border patrol, customs). Approximately 30 high-ranking representatives participated, including the Border Patrol Commander.

Participants showed a great deal of interest and asked many questions about how our products compare to the drug detection products currently in use. The product used most commonly in Bulgaria today is NIK, and it is used by the customs authority and the police on a daily basis.

All participants agreed that our product is far better in all respects. They expressed their belief that it would enhance the effectiveness of their work in the field, as they would be able to receive a more reliable response, in real time.

On May 21, 2003 a workshop designed for physicians, school nurses and others involved in the war on drugs was held at a local hospital. Approximately 20 people participated in the event, including Dr. Vlatko Gligorov, Secretary of the National Drugs Council. Those present estimated there are approximately 150,000 drug addicts in Bulgaria. The felt strongly that use of IDenta products, particularly in schools, would be highly effective tool for identifying users in the 14-16 year old age group.

The Company is represented in Bulgaria by ABM Projects Ltd., which will work closely with the various local authorities involved in the war against drugs, including the UNDP.

2.   Poland

A meeting was held in Warsaw with the managers of UMO, the company that represents IDenta in Poland.

The contract between the companies was renewed and new terms of engagement were approved. These terms include an obligation undertaken by the Polish company to submit an annual work plan for the various local markets as well as an obligation to purchase products in an amount equal to $50,000 over the coming year.

3.   On May 30, 2003 a presentation of the products was made to the decision makers of CVS at Rhode Island.

The meeting was positive and encouraging and indicated strong potential for sales of the products through the chain.

4   The meetings in Austria and Slovenia were put off for technical reasons and will most likely take place in June 2003.

5.   The Company received an order from the Deputy Interior Minister of Romania, who is in charge of the war on drugs there. This order for purchase of Company products by Romanian institutional authorities will be finalized and closed between June 25-28, 2003.

Representing the Company as this meeting will be Yaacov Shoham, Director General, and Shlomo Gal, formerly Major General with the Israel Police and CEO of the Israeli Anti-Drug Authority. Shlomo Gal acts as an external consultant to the company.
