Not only did the workouts improve my overall body appearance, it helped my body fat drop 2% from the previous competition," she says when she discussing the advantages training in Krav Maga. My abdomen area was an area of weakness, especially my external oblique muscles, but with all the hip and torso twisting Krav Maga involves, my abs improved tremendously," Nancy replies when asked for a specific area of improvement from Krav Maga.
