As an introduction to its dinner service it is launching in conjunction with Summer Restaurant Week 2003. What better way to meet other singles and sample some of NYCs better restaurants at a minimal cost! New York Quick Date founder,Angela Bustamante explains the concept "For singles looking for an alternative to the bar scene we are now offering singles dinners. Our dinners are designed for socializing and we limit the attendance to approximately eight. We host dinners at some of the more popular restaurants, as well as some of the diverse dining choices available to us here in NYC. Its not just for dating- its also a great networking tool for business and an ideal way to expand your social circle of friends. The goal of the singles dinner is to promote a dinner party setting – one where singles can meet, mingle and get acquainted over dinner and enjoy group conversation. New York Quick Date provides a host at the dinner to facilitate introductions and arrange seating at the restaurants. Seating is arranged by alternating sex, allowing a round table approach to conversation and eye contact with that special someone at the table.
