Innovative greetings cards publisher The Monster Factory has teamed up with iPLATO to produce a new collection of teen character stationery with a difference!

The Yummy Things range embraces every girls lifestyle and fashion dreams, from gossip to kisses, to being a princess. Each card features a supercool pixel chick set against a funky background and glittery lettering. There are 12 cards in the collection, perfect for all kinds of occasion – to say happy birthday, I love you or even just hi.

But what makes these cards really special is that each of the yummy characters can be downloaded as a mobile phone picture message. Each greeting comes with a fun ‘TEXT ME! sticker and step-by-step instructions on how to send your favourite character to family and friends mobiles. Dialling is simple and reasonably priced – an average 3 minute phone call is competitively charged at 60 pence per minute.

The Yummy Things have got everyone talking, not least because they mark a greetings card industry first. The picture messaging concept is perfect for the young female target market and iPLATO have ensured that each call-up is easy to follow and affordable. Once discovered, every aspirational teen will have to get their hands on the whole set of completely irresistible graphics!

The cards are due in stores anytime now, but the yummy invasion doesnt stop there. The characters will also be debuting in a High Street near you on must-have teenage nightwear, mobile phone fascias, key chains, mugs, sweat tops and T-shirts.
