Quality Education Services Offers Rapid Transition Program for ISO 9000:2000

ISO Registered companies needing to transition to the ISO 9000:2000 standard by year end can take advantage of this program offered by Dallas-based Quality Education Servies. The program is designed to prepare a small company for the transition in 5 days or less.

DALLAS, TX. - June 29, 2003 - Quality Education Services (QES) today announced plans to offer a Rapid Transition program for companies to transition to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system standard. The deadline for ISO 9000 registered companies to migrate to the ISO 9001:2000 version is December 15, 2003. The QES program is designed to prepare a small company for the transition in 5 days or less. The program is intended for companies already registered to one of the ISO 9000 1994 standards that need to make the transition by the end of the year.

Less than 25% of ISO 9000 registered companies have made the transition to the 2000 version of the standard," said Marion Bize, president of QES. Many companies have delayed making the transition, and some are hoping that the deadline will be revised. What started as a three-year time frame for the transition is now less than six months. We are offering this program to assist companies in a rapid transition process in order for them to meet the deadline."
