(PRWEB) JUNE 29, 2003 -- The long awaited sophomore album by Solar Flare Records recording artist, alternative rock band SUPERNA was unveiled June 25th at the Hard Rock Café, Houston, Texas during an industry listening party.
Attended by representatives from radio stations and press, as well as concert buyers and promoters, the event successfully announced the release of THE ENDING, Supernas follow on LP to the creative masterpiece REFLECT, which was released in January of 2002.
The music was obviously enjoyed by all who attended, and an unplanned, impromptu performance developed before the end of the evening. Melanie Brink (vocals) took the stage at Hard Rock Café Houston along with Nick Midulla and Ray Garcia to perform a short acoustic set at the insistence of the industry reps in attendance.
THE ENDING is scheduled to be releases on August 5th with an unusual twist. It will only be available at live performances and e-tailers in the US, but negotiations are underway with international distributors that may place the cd in stores overseas. Watch some of the top e-tailers, such as Amazon.com and cdbaby.com, as well as boutiques like mytexasmusic.com for availability on the internet. A cd release party is scheduled for August 9th at the Cryolab in the bands hometown of Houston Texas.
