Synapse SE announced today that it has officially left their previous Canadian-based web and email hosting provider INGEN2 and has moved its entire web and email functions to a new facility and a more stable platform managed by OnSmart Network out of New York.

Specific details surrounding this move will not be formally provided to representatives outside of the company but more general reasons include unannounced downtime and a slight decline in service levels. These issues are key to the companies success considering their business relies heavily on email communication and their online presence being live 24 x 7.
