Tubac, Arizona – October 8, 2003 – IwillSELLyourSTUFF.com has re-started the eBay auction for the Tubac Inn and Restaurant. Included on the property is a Titan II Missile Silo Complex. The property has already been mentioned on NPR, The Today Show, Local TV and radio and many Arizona newspapers.
The auction includes a ready-to-be-renovated Titan II Missile Silo complex below ground and a turnkey Restaurant and Inn Business above ground. The Burro Inn and Restaurant in Tubac, Arizona has been an attraction itself for the past few years. Owner Pete Goshia purchased the land from the government in 1988 and finished construction of the inn and restaurant in 1992.
I found most of the missile silo complex areas, the well reservoir, the silo, and the access portal pretty quickly. I finally found the control center while putting in a gas line to the Inn."
