Discover the Fortune that Lies Hidden Underground - Titan II Missile Silo Complex

Titan II Missile Silo Complex up for auction on eBay along with the above ground Restraunt/Bar and Inn-Suite Motel. Techical glitch cause for auction re-start.

Tubac, Arizona – October 8, 2003 – IwillSELLyourSTUFF.com has re-started the eBay auction for the Tubac Inn and Restaurant. Included on the property is a Titan II Missile Silo Complex. The property has already been mentioned on NPR, The Today Show, Local TV and radio and many Arizona newspapers.

The auction includes a ready-to-be-renovated Titan II Missile Silo complex below ground and a turnkey Restaurant and Inn Business above ground. The Burro Inn and Restaurant in Tubac, Arizona has been an attraction itself for the past few years. Owner Pete Goshia purchased the land from the government in 1988 and finished construction of the inn and restaurant in 1992.

I found most of the missile silo complex areas, the well reservoir, the silo, and the access portal pretty quickly. I finally found the control center while putting in a gas line to the Inn." Says Mr. Goshia who never did anything with the below ground structure. It is still sealed and waiting to be discovered." Permanent illness to Mr. Goshia stopped further development of the site. The silo that held the missile was destroyed by the government in the 1980s, however the access portal, blast lock area and three story control center, over 5000 sq. ft. are still intact underground.

Developer alert: This is an ideal location for resort property. It includes 28.69 acres just off of highway 19 in Tubac Arizona. Although limited to two stories, the room count is only limited to the number of parking spaces necessary.

Located 25 miles north in Green Valley the Titan II Missile Museum is the only preserved Titan II Silo out of 54 constructed by the government. The Burro Inn is located a mile west of interstate 19, a major corridor for import-export with Mexico. Midway between the new Desert Diamond casino to the north and the Mexican border to the south, this area can only be described as booming. The Burro Inn property is an island in the state forest, elevated for a grand view of the majestic Santa Cruz river valley.

I expect to find and entrepreneur through eBay to purchase this property." States Mr. Peters, There is so much potential for the Titan II structure, it can be made into a bar, hotel, timeshare, disco – it really doesnt matter what the complex becomes, It will attract visitors and keep whatever is above ground buzzing."

The eBay auction will end on November 13, 2003 and will begin with starting bid of $600K.
