ANNUAL FUNDRAISER BENEFITS MILITARY COMMUNITY
The Cannon Officers Spouses Club is hosting its annual Wild, Wild West Night" fundraiser on Saturday, November 1st, from 5:00 to 11:00 pm. The evening will include for-fun-gaming, auctions, raffles, and more. Proceeds benefit the military community.
CLOVIS, New Mexico (PRWEB) July 21, 2003 - The Cannon Officers Spouses Club (COSC) is hosting its annual Wild, Wild West Night fundraiser on Saturday, November 1, 2003, from 5:00 to 11:00 pm, at The Landing Collocated Club. The evenings activities will include for-fun-gaming, auctions, entertainment, raffles, door prizes, and more.
This event is open to everyone over age 18. Civilians without normal access to Cannon AFB must use the Main Gate. A $5.00 admission fee includes $200 funny money" to be applied toward the evenings activities. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid long lines.
Money raised funds the COSCs own scholarship program, which helps offset college tuition for military family members. Last years event raised $8000. This helped the COSC award $15,000 in scholarships this year. The goal for this years Wild, Wild West Night alone is $15,000.
