US eGOLFs MarketSuite is supplied with the iSuite, a devise that is plugged into the courses phone lines. Installation is simple and takes less than 30 minutes. The iSuite collects and stores the callers information for calls that are answered at the course as well as calls that are missed. Before the phone is answered, the callers phone number and identification can be available on the course POS (point of sale) system.
The callers information is transmitted by the iSuite to a computer with MARKETSuite software, which puts the information into a database. The information can be translated into mailing labels, or a phone call list for marketing activities or a report for analysis of call frequency, duration, and first time callers.
The software enables detailed reports on calls made, frequency of calls, missed calls, when people are calling and where they are calling from. Geocoded maps allow the user to pinpoint calling activity visually. The effectiveness of the advertising campaign can be monitored and modified by tracking phone responses after the ad has appeared. Mailing labels can be made using several filter criterions in the database. Optional modules for email marketing and POS interfacing are also available.
