Goode earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the University of Richmond, T. C. Williams School of Law. Prior to joining FCSMC&C, Goode worked at the law offices of Christopher A. Jeffreys, P.C. concentrating in Litigation.

Goode is an active member of the Queens County Bar Association where he serves on the Young Lawyers and Law School Liaison Committees. He is Historian for the Long Island City Lawyers Club and a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Nassau County Bar Association.
