WHEATON, IL (PRWEB) August, 2003 -- Spraying Systems Co. has added a unique Adjustable Siphon Injector to its product line designed to save on costly chemical usage with increased flexibility and flow controls in washing applications and two-fluid applications where pre-mix is involved. The adjustable siphon injectors key feature is an indexed dial that allows operators to modify chemical liquid flow rates to achieve different mixture dilutions for various applications.

The only adjustable siphon injector available in the market today, it not only enables multiple application usage, its easy-to-read indexed dial offers reliable control measures for reverting back to specific flow rates between applications.

With the indexed metering dial, weve made it painless for users to employ various cleaning products and concentrations of mixtures," said Jerry Hagers, Director of Spraying Systems Industrial Division. Spray operators can easily return to precise flow settings between applications while saving on chemical use."

Engineered with an easy open check-valve that prevents water from mixing with the chemicals due to shut downs or nozzle clogs, the siphon injector also features a needle valve design to further ensure accurate chemical flow, a lock nut to secure settings during system vibrations, and a brass constructed body for durability. It is available in 3/8" and 1/2" NPT/BSPT thread connections and can be manufactured in stainless steel and plated steel when required.

Having a flow range of 0.5 gpm to 6.0 gpm and a maximum pressure rating of 4000 psi, the Adjustable Siphon Injector is suitable for low and high pressure washing applications such as car washing, floor cleaning, rug cleaning, street sweeping and pest control.

With over 60 years of helping customers solve spray problems and experience in more than 200 industries, Spraying Systems Co. is the world leader in spray technology.
