WASHINGTON, DC. (PRWEB) September 15, 2003 -- IzzyCue, the venerable lifestyle brand, introduces a line of first-to-market ready-to-drink (RTD) organic fruit juices from Lake Constance, Southern Germany, one of the World's Best Growing Regions, being near the Alps and the Black Forest.

Bringing a new line of European organic fruit juices to market is undeniably complex and formidable, especially when it has to be defined, sourced, packaged and shipped, all according to the dictates of both the European Union and the United States conjointly.

"Two years ago, when we first started to evaluate the market viability of the product line, we along with one of Europe's largest supplier of bulk juices were flabbergasted. There was no question the project would be marred by complications, but we ultimately decided that if the goal was to produce a line of juices that would be unparalleled and at the same time be highly desirable from our consumer standpoint, we had to move ahead," IzzyCue Founder Kenneth H. Tan explains.

Recent Food and Beverage Juice Reports have indicated that most of the prevailing RTD fruit juices are not Certified Organic. Furthermore, the same research papers pointed out that the level of brix (*) in the US tends to be substantially lower than those found in Europe. Researchers have also discovered that fruit juices with a higher brix content tends to be more nutritious.

Based on these findings and detailed industry benchmarking of consumer wants, IzzyCue and their German juice partners were able to define a set of guiding core parameters which were pivotal to the overall product integrity.

"We laid out the exact specification of the IzzyCue Organic Fruit Juice line. It had to be 100% organic, 100% juice, high brix, all natural with no added preservatives, flash pasteurized and packaged in an extended-shelflife Tetra pak with unique eye-catching graphics. A pretty tall order, considering we also had to have the German Third Party Organic Certifier (Lacon GmbH) become accredited with the October 2002 USDA NOP (**)," Kenneth explains further.

Almost exactly two years later, the company is now ready to offer their line of carefully-tuned, lifestyle-oriented fruit juices with an edge over most prevailing brands.

"In the final analysis, the IzzyCue organic fruit juice line is all about attaining the perfect balance of the level of acidity and natural sweetness of each fruit component, which can only be derived from perfect growing conditions, all of which are amply available from where our fruits are sourced in Lake Constance, Germany.
