Concrete Washout Systems, Inc. began its operations with Elk Grove Waste Management, LLC, a refuse collection company owned and operated by the principle partners of Concrete Washout Systems; in order to form a working model for future licensed partners.

The Concrete Washout bin was successfully deployed on construction sites throughout the greater Sacramento, California area, starting in the spring of 2003. The bin was so well received by construction professionals, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspectors and the industry in general that within a three-month period, Elk Grove Waste Management had in continual service over 110 bins

The patent-pending Concrete Washout Bin is a portable, self-contained and watertight bin that controls, captures and contains concrete washout material and wastewater. The bin allows drivers to clean their trucks, pumps and equipment on site and is capable of holding approximately 5.5 cubic yards of material.
