Concrete Washout Systems, Inc. Begins Rapid Expansion Throughout California and Strengthens Market Leadership.

Fast Growing Demand for the Companys Patent-Pending Concrete Washout Bin Spurs Search for Strategic Partners.

Elk Grove, CA (PRWEB) September 4, 2003 -- Concrete Washout Systems, Inc., announced today that it is seeking strategic partners in order to expand its operations throughout California and the Western United States.

Concrete Washout Systems, Inc. began its operations with Elk Grove Waste Management, LLC, a refuse collection company owned and operated by the principle partners of Concrete Washout Systems; in order to form a working model for future licensed partners.

The Concrete Washout bin was successfully deployed on construction sites throughout the greater Sacramento, California area, starting in the spring of 2003. The bin was so well received by construction professionals, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspectors and the industry in general that within a three-month period, Elk Grove Waste Management had in continual service over 110 bins

We have seen an incredible demand for our washout bins in Sacramento as well as other areas throughout California and are pushing forward with our search for partners," stated Mark Jenkins, President of Elk Grove Waste Management, LLC and Concrete Washout Systems, Inc. Our goal is to aggressively expand and have licensed partners in every major market in California by the summer of 2004," added Mr. Jenkins.

Licensed partners will own and operate a Concrete Washout Systems business in their protected region where they will be responsible for all aspects of the business.

The patent-pending Concrete Washout Bin is a portable, self-contained and watertight bin that controls, captures and contains concrete washout material and wastewater. The bin allows drivers to clean their trucks, pumps and equipment on site and is capable of holding approximately 5.5 cubic yards of material. It replaces the old washout sites, which are costly, unsightly and potentially damaging to the environment and smaller systems, which require several dedicated areas to accommodate multiple smaller units.
