OGM Names Rohit Sharma to Board of Directors

14 Year Environmental Health and Safety Industry Veteran Tapped to Accelerate Company Growth

KEMAH, Texas, September 23, 2003 -- Orca Green Marine Technology Corporation (OGM) today announced the appointment of Rohit Sharma to fill a key position on the company's board of directors. In his seat on the board of directors, Sharma will leverage his 14 years of experience in the environmental, health and safety (EHS) areas within the Energy and Chemical industry to help OGM expand its mission to bring existing and emerging alternative energy and environmentally conscious technologies to the marine market.

Sharma's addition to the board will enable OGM to keep in touch with environmental and energy issues and build products that provide boaters with solutions for increasingly stringent and demanding EPA standards.

Sharmas knowledge and experience with state and federal regulations will help the company navigate through the treacherous waters of the regulatory world", said Otto (Hobie) Caldwell, OGM President and CEO. His experience in the EHS areas will also contribute to OGMs development of safe and reliable products and technology. Additionally, his strong customer and people skills acquired in the Energy and Chemical industries will translate well into OGMs existing core principles."

"Rohit Sharma has over 14 years of experience in the environmental market and a proven track record for understanding and working to meet Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations," said Caldwell,. "His domain expertise will prove instrumental in helping to propel OGM to its next stage of growth. I look forward to working closely with Rohit and the rest of the management team as we continue to build on the early success we've delivered with OGM's Argo Navis LED Navigation Lights."

"It is very exciting to be involved with a company that has such creative energy and combines a sense of innovation with a commitment to produce quality products for its customers," said Rohit Sharma. "OGM's
unwavering commitment to its customers, coupled with its quality suppliers and dedicated channels, will ensure the foundation needed to emerge as the leading provider of environmentally conscious, energy efficient products for the marine industry. With increasing regulatory agency restrictions on air pollutant emissions from diesel engines and reduction of waste materials combined with a strong consumer demand, the marine industry is ideally suited to develop and use innovative technology from a company such as OGM."

"We are pleased to have someone with Rohits breadth of experience and proven track record in the environmental and energy industries join the OGM advisory team," said Margit (Meg) Littlefield, OGM founder and COO. "After developing its flagship LED products, OGM is poised to leverage its leadership position as an innovator to bring products to the boater that will also help preserve our waterways for future generations. I'm confident that Rohits skills, experience, industry relationships and expertise will prove invaluable in helping OGM achieve this goal."

About OGM (www.orcagreen.com)
Headquartered in Kemah, Texas, OGM designs and markets LED Navigation lights and bulb-replacement inserts for power and sailboats in its vision of bringing emerging and environmentally conscious technologies to the marine market. OGM introduced its first product, named Argo Navis Series", in June of 2003 and now has a line of low power LED navigation lights which include complete lights (in waterproof housings) as well as a series of bulb-replacement inserts which are a snap-in replacement for the Aqua Signal(r) 25 series. OGMs line of products brings this new technology to the boater, addressing their biggest issues of power consumption and reliability. The company plans to establish itself as the leader of LED technology in the marine market with innovative, reliable products based on customer input. The Argo Navis Series utilizes a patent-pending design for power regulation, which ensures the lights burn at full brightness as battery voltage drops from 16V down to 3V. Products are currently available online at OGMs website, www.orcagreen.com, and at several Texas local chandleries and marinas with international expansion underway.
