Pacific CMA Elects SeaSecure President as Company Director

Pacific CMA Inc., a global freight forwarding and logistics services company, today held a special meeting of shareholders in Los Angeles, electing three new independent directors, including Kim E. Petersen, President of SeaSecure LLC.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (PRWEB) January 24, 2004 -- Pacific CMA Inc., a global freight forwarding and logistics services company, held a special meeting of shareholders in Los Angeles on November 10, electing three new independent directors, including Kim E. Petersen, President of SeaSecure LLC.

The independent directors who will comprise the independent audit committee include Petersen, Tan Kay Hock, managing director of Reinecke & Associates, and Liu Kwong Sang, managing director of K.S. Liu & Company. Pacific CMA Chairman Alfred Lam told meeting attendees that the company in 2002 achieved record results. Lam went to say that he anticipated that for the full year 2003, revenues will approximate $75 million, and that the company will be profitable. He also indicated that in 2004 the company anticipates that internal growth alone will enable it to reach a revenue level of approximately $100 million.

Given the challenges and opportunities associated with global supply-chain commerce, I am enthusiastic about my election to the Board," said Petersen. Pacific CMA is a dynamic and innovative leader in this field, and we are all committed to providing sustained growth and value for our shareholders."
