Management Team Appointed to New Positions in Company Expansion

Karen Usher, CEO and founder of TPO, assumes the additional role of Chairman. In this capacity, she will provide strategic planning and continue to foster partnerships and strategic alliances. Marybeth Glynn, Vice President and Partner, will become Executive Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources and direct the companys marketing efforts and client account management systems. Moreover, she will oversee TPOs internal human resource function. Formerly a Director and Partner, Eve Framinan will serve as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. Her responsibilities will encompass corporate finances, information technology, and corporate performance, both internally and externally. Tammy Toma has been promoted from Director and Partner to Vice President of Staffing and Professional Development. She will address recruiting issues as well as new consulting training, professional development and management of TPOs knowledge system.
