Ball/Daniels announces it has clearences for 50 domestic stations for "At The Video Store" in early summer rollout.
New syndicated series to cover weekly releases to home video and DVD. Show will include trailers, behind the scenes clips and information about theatrical and direct to video films, classics, documentaries and television series arriving on DVD and video.
LOS ANGELES, CA (PRWEB) January 23, 2004 -Daniels announced that it secured clearences for 50 domestic stations for "At The Video Store." The new half hour program will feature clips from movies, documentaries and television series headed to home video.
In addidtion, they have also secured distribution with DTH Hotbird. The DTH deal will cover 65 million Eurpoean households. Inital rollout of the syndicated program is scheduled for early summer.
Executive producer Lionel Ball anticipates clearences for over 100 domestic stations by the time the show airs. He says the explosive growth of the DVD will almost demand it. That growth has also fueled to other versions of the show, one in Spanish and the other in French. The Spanish language version is slated to air in both domestic and foreign markets.
"At The Video Store" is currently the only show that excluviely covers the home video market including: theatrical to video, direct to video, classics, documentaries and special edition television series to video.
