A new life coaching CD product that uses the fluidity and immediacy of a real life coaching session to provide life coaching advice and support to all self directed life coaching clients. This product doesn't require the intervention of a life coach.

(PRWEB) January 28, 2004 --Up to now, life coaching was a time consuming and cost intensive exercise requiring quite a large investment in time, effort and dedication from people requiring life coaching. It required attending a life coach, making appointments and spending time to build a relationship with a life coach before anything could be achieved. It couldn't be done in the safety of one's lounge room and in total privacy. After all who wants to bare their soul to a stranger? This CD covers the first forty years of life in a life coaching context. It has been conceived as a series of dialogues. The dialogues work on many levels and are primarily directed to anyone who may be seeking information about life coaching but wants to do it in a way that is relatively quick and incisive. It can be done in the privacy of one's lounge room. It runs for approximately the same length as a music CD and provides as close as possible an experience of a session with a real life coach. The tracks are a series of real time dialogues and are not previously scripted to get the flavor of what you would experience in a life coaching session. It provides firstly an introduction to life coaching and then introduces each decade of life with the life coaching challenges faced by each. Each decade of life up to 40 is covered (41-70 is covered in Volume 2) and with each decade follows a series of practical approaches relevant for that decade.

The cost of the CD is $35 and covers Life Coaching Volume 1 (Early Years to 40). Volume 2 (Middle Years to 70) is under development.
