Ronald Fredianelli-the creative genius behind "The Gaylords-singing and comedy act, passed away last night after a long battle with Prostate cancer at 73. The Gaylords, who had 5 top ten songs in 1953-54. 2 of them were number 1. They also held the record for the longest running singing and comedy act at 55 years. Fredianelli also wrote the standard song "I will never pass this way again"-which was made a hit by Glen Cambell in the early 70's. He is survived by his wife Terry and his 5 children.
