AtticLoft going from clicks to bricks"
Home Decor e-commerce retailer Attic Loft, announced today its plans to build its flagship store in Atlanta. The e-tailer, which was originally founded as a design firm, has transformed itself into an e-commerce based home decor retailer.
(PRWEB) January 29, 2004 --The company plans to have a combination of stores, a robust e-commerce presence as well as a print catalog that will be released in the Spring. now we want to take our concept to the next level by building our first store" said Zak Stroud, CEO. We believe our concept will be the most unique home decor shopping experience in the industry, each multi-channell piece is designed to compliment each other rather than being three seperate businesses." Stroud said. The company states that each month new features and design components will be added to its website while the company builds out its store. Stroud went on to say "we know that it is probably safer for us to stay an ecommerce company, but to add real value to our guests and fully realize the potential of this concept, we want to build our design centers to give our guest a place where we can help them as they turn their dreams into reality". The company plans to open its first store in the fall of 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia and is working with retail consultaants to complete the store design and merchandising strategy. The store will feature over 10000 home decor products in various styles, colors and themes. Each store will feature living areas where customers can create their own design in their own way.
