BetCBSports.com Posts Odds On: Who Will Win the "Sexiest Half-Time Show Ever,".... Lingerie Bowl 2004? Will Lingerie Bowl 2004 Break the Worldwide Pay-Per-View Record?

Zapote, Costa Rica (PRWEB) January 31, 2004 --We've come a long way baby, since Bud Bowl I and II that is! In what is being billed as the "Sexiest Half-time Show Ever," and there aren't many arguments to the contrary, Lingerie Bowl 2004 will air on pay-per-view during half-time of Super Bowl XXXVIII. The so-called "football game," pits two teams of supermodels playing seven-on-seven full-contact tackle football, in nothing but "4TH AND G" lingerie, the game's custom-made brand. How much actual football will be played between the aptly named Team Euphoria and Team Dream during the twenty-minute contest, remains to be seen.

Each team will be coached by an NFL Hall-Of-Famer and feature its own cheerleaders, who, you guessed it, also won't be wearing much. "We opened Team Dream as a three point favorite," said BetCBSports Senior Odds Maker, Dan "The Man" Johnson. "We calculated the point spread based on, well to be honest, because QB Nikki Ziering is just sexier than Team Euphoria QB, Angie Everhart. It also doesn't hurt that Team Dream is being coached by Lawrence Taylor, while Team Euphoria will have Eric Dickerson roaming the sidelines."

Horizon Productions, the game's producer, is projecting that over 40 million people will pay $19.95 to watch the game on pay-per-view, breaking the worldwide viewership record. They also anticipate another 50 million online viewers, making it by far the most watched football game played in lingerie, ever. The game, which is being played at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is expected to draw over 20,000 spectators and a host of celebrities, including world-famous boxing announcer, Michael Buffer, whose "Let's get ready to rumble" line will open the show and never have the same meaning again.

Will QB Angie Everhart and her teammates believe in the "Dream?" Will Beverly Hills 90210's Steve Sanders' wife, Nikki Ziering, and her team feel "Euphoria" in victory? Will more people watch Lingerie Bowl 2004 than the actual Superbowl XXXVIII half-time show?

BetCBSports releases the following odds on who will win the Lingerie Bowl 2004, the total points scored, and how many people will pay $19.95 to watch it:

Team Spread Money Line Fist Half
Team Dream (Coached by Eric Dickerson/QB Nikki Ziering) -3 -15 -$150 -1.5
Team Euphoria (Coached by Lawrence Taylor/QB Angie Everhart). +3 -05 +$125 +1.5

Total Points scored by both teams. 26.5 over/under

Total buys of pay-per-view. (40 million and over will break the current pay-per-view record).
40 million and over +400
39,999,999 and under -600

NOTE: The total buys of pay-per-view will be based on figures released by Horizon Productions on the day after the game. FCC verifies their figures before they are released.
