Home School Lesson Planner Makes Learning Fun

Students may write a report, create a bumper sticker, or even write a rap song as part of the lesson. The number of writing choices makes it easy to incorporate some form of writing in any lesson and in any subject area.

The second panel features speech integration and cooperative learning activities. Even in home school, students need to hone their speaking skills. The cooperative learning ideas suggest accomplishing a learning objective with a partner or small group.

The third panel promotes the benefits of integrating other subjects into the lesson. For example, while reading the The Pearl" by John Steinbeck, science could be incorporated by researching how pearls are created.

The fourth panel is titled learning devices and projects. This section offers suggestions for creating all kinds of projects that can be integrated into an interesting lesson.
