District Judge King Dismisses Suit Brought to Redeem A Dollar in Lawful Money of United States. American Jury Institute, Fully Informed Jury Association, Institute for Justice sought for help by We The People Foundation and Free and Clear Foundations. Gold up, Dollar Down, Feds on the Run.

Portland, OR (PRWEB) January 5, 2004 --Free and Clear Press Corps - As previously reported Bank Activities Reform Commission Volunteers had prepared a joinder to the $80 million lawsuit of Remenar vs. the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for failing to exchange Federal Reserve Notes" for gold, lawful money of the Untied States, presented for redemption at the Portland Branch by a homeless person who had been granted in forma pauperis" status in the case by Oregon District Court Judge Garr M. King.

As both the Free and Clear Foundations of America (FCFA) and We the People" Foundation (WPF) are supporting the case, FCFA had previously announced it was pledging $200,000 to the cause from previous legal funding pledges. Organizers are working behind the scenes to approach several legal non-profit groups to prepare amicus briefs on behalf of the plaintiffs, which have grown in number to qualify as a class.

On November 5th, 2003 Judge Garr M. King dismissed the case NO. CV 03 291-KI with prejudice" and volunteers are currently preparing to determine whether the matter should be brought before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco or whether a new broader class action suit should be brought in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C.

Plaintiffs Robert Francis Riggins, Ronald W. Blevins, Ricky D. Jackson, Arthur G. Tingley, Nikolas W. Negus, Jon R. Negus, Wendi L. Negus, Lawrence R. Ashdown, Robert Mills, Jack Bernard Wilkins, according to sources close to the Plaintiffs, agreed that the bias on the part of judge which interferes with fairness of judgment is good grounds for taking the case to the next level." Plaintiff Marcel Rudolf Remenar who initiated the lawsuit could not be reached for comment as his phone line was disconnected.

Plaintiffs Herschel Allen Johnson and Henry Heagh Fischer who joined the suit after it was dismissed noted that the case was not given the opportunity to be brought before a jury. Other parties interested in joining the case may still do so by visiting the web site at http://www.supremalex.org/lawsuit/ and downloading a full set of the legal documents filed in the Oregon District Court from http://www.supremalex.org/lawsuit/files/allfiles.zip.

Volunteers around the country are being mobilized for a two-pronged approach as a sort of fork in the All Seeing Eye on top of the pyramid on the back of the dollar denominated federal reserve notes issued by the Federal Reserve Banking system.

First is a contact campaign via the Internet to reach out to members of the American Jury Institute/Fully Informed Jury Association and the Institute for Justice. Interested parties are asked to send emails to both organizations to gain support for the causes through their web sites: http://www.ij.org/index.shtml and http://www.fija.org.

Second, organizers of joint public demonstrations in front of the Federal Reserve Banks in each of the 12 Federal Reserve Districts, plus Washington D.C. where Chairman Alan Greenspan conducts most of his business, are being asked to coordinate efforts to have volunteers bring their pennies to the front steps of the banks in a matching funds campaign to raise money for the cause.

WPF is seeking to raise another $500,000 for its lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service and is represented by Mark Lane. An additional $500,000 in matching funds could easily be used up in the Court of Appeals or Federal Court of Claims to bring the Federal Reserve action further along", said one volunteer.

Mark Lane is a lawyer admitted to practice in both New York State and the District of Columbia, who has tried cases throughout the United States in both Federal and State courts. He has written nine books about contemporary legal matters and has helped to write law as a member of the New York State Legislature and as an executive assistant to a United States Congressman. Mr. Lane has taught law at the law school at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and has lectured at numerous law schools, universities and at bar association conferences. The full range of his experience can be found at http://www.givemeliberty.org/RTPLawsuit/LaneCV.htm.

Volunteer organizers, donors and particularly homeless people who have been saving their pennies for the past decade should visit their nearest public library to access the Internet and contact the respective organizations mentioned in this article.

The first Bank Activities Reform Commission was started in 1993 in Portland, Oregon by a group of disgruntled homeless people who had lost their economic means due to inflation, abusive banking practices, and corruption in the global financial system.

The long-range goal of the Bank Activities Reform Commission is to put ethics in on the United States financial system. The effects of its work are beginning to be felt around the world as more volunteers blow the whistle on corruption at the highest levels of various governments on the planet.

Persons with knowledge of government corruption, or who wish to join in the class action may also post their cases and contact information at the following web site:
