Michigan author has autobiography published
Brenda M Weber, an Upper Peninsula of Michigan author has her autobiography published by PublishAmerica out of Frederick, Maryland. Her book was released in paperback form in early November.
(PRWEB) January 6, 2004 --"I Promise Not to Tell," an autobiography by Brenda M Weber has been published by PublishAmerica out of Frederick, Maryland. Weber is a lifelong resident of Manistique, a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Weber is a 1973 graduate of Manistique High School. She is the mother of four sons, one daughter, and five grandchildren. She is currently working at the Three Mile Supper Club, owned and operated by her fiance.
Weber, who mostly writes poetry, wrote a portion of her book as a short story which she submitted several years ago to True Confessions magazine. The magazine could not use her story at that time, so the story sat in a folder. She had considered adding to it and writing a book but never seemed to get around to it.
After showing it to co-workers, they encouraged her to finish her story, and three months later after sending her manuscript to PublishAmerica, it was accepted for publication and released in early November.
After the trauma of her mother's death at a very young age, Weber had no memory of her childhood years until it was triggered by an event at sixteen. Some of those memories involved sexual molestation. After surviving several abusive relationships, Weber comes away a strong and determined woman with an inspriational story to share.
A synopsis, cover photo, reviews, and authors information can be accessed on Weber's website at http://publishedauthors.net/BrendaMWeber. Also available is ordering information for "I Promise Not to Tell," a paperback which sells for $19.95
