SecureUnsubscribe, is ClickPrecision.com most recent solution launch. It was designed as an outsourced solution to comply with the new CAN-SPAM Law opt-out regulations. The new Spam Legislation is in effect since January 1st, 2004. The law requires that all marketers using email transmissions provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out that is fully functional and Internet based. Also, marketers need to be able to store these opt-outs and be able to share them with their new list rentals in order to suppress their opt-outs from further communications.
SecureUnsubscribe provides marketers with a secure way to collect their unsubscribes on a real-time basis. Marketers will also be able to host, download and easily share their files. The solution will also provide reporting per vendor, list used or campaign name to classify the opt-outs.
