Scooterpatrol is an original concept, dreamed up by the Founder and a friend one day in Sunset Beach California. We are a grass roots, non-profit organization and can only survive with the communitys support.

Since Mid May, 2003, our Scooterpatrol has transported nearly 600 impaired motorists home safely in their own vehicles for FREE and expanded to over 30 restaurants and drinking establishments served in 6 Southern California communities.

This is just the beginning... Our goal at Scooterpatrol is to be of service to the community by making our streets a safer place for everyone. We also aim to educate the public about the many risks
involved with driving after drinking and why the best decision is to call Scooterpatrol.

We are committed to this project and welcome any comments or suggestions you may have about our Scooterpatrol service.

How it works:

1) Intoxicated motorist calls Scooterpatrol: (562) 577-7365

2) Scooterpatrol driver arrives within 20 minutes

3) Driver bags and stows Goped scooter in storage space of impaired motorists vehicle.

4) Impaired motorist is driven home safely

5) Scooterpatrol driver scoots back to home base!

Scooterpatrol Drivers will wait 15 minutes once arriving.
