Learn How to Create a Sensuous Valentine's Dinner for you and your Sweetheart

The acclaimed Beringer Master Series on Food and Wine new "Sunday Cooking in the Wine Country" program kicks off the weekend before Valentine's Day with a cooking class designed to teach you how to prepare a sensuous dinner for the sweetheart in your life.

Napa Valley, CA (PRWEB) January 12, 2004 --
Forbes Magazine called The Beringer Master Series on Food and Wine the Fantasy Camp for food and wine aficionados. Now we are focusing on a new direction: One day culinary
adventures called: "Sunday Holiday Cooking in the Wine Country"

Think of each of these special class days as the ultimate experience for the busy amateur chef who wants to learn cooking techniques from the very best with little time to pursue adventure. Guests will "talk food" with these gifted Napa Valley chefs, barrel sample wines in the Beringer caves, then sit down to a four-course luncheon at the historical and elegant Beringer Hudson House. Each class is scheduled the Sunday before each National holiday, so you can take home tips that will help you make your holiday feast romantic and memorable.

On February 8, 2004 Napa Valley Chef Todd Humphries of the Martini House in St. Helena, California launches the 2004 program with a pre Valentines Day cooking class designed to teach you how to prepare a sensuous holiday dinner for you and your sweetheart.

The Master Series dates and chefs are:

April 4th: Passover with Chef Jan Birnbaum of Catahoula Restaurant in Calistoga, California

May 2nd: Mother's Day with television personality Chef Joanne Weir of "Weir Cooking in the Wine Country"

June 13th: Father's Day with cookbook author Chef Bruce Aidells

November 14th: Thanksgiving with Chef Bob Hurley of Hurley's Restaurant in Yountville, California

December 19th: Christmas with Chef Gary Danko of Restaurant Gary Danko in San Francisco, California

Class price is $175.00 per person and includes a tour and barrel tasting in the Beringer caves, a cooking demonstration, a four-course luncheon accompanied by Beringer private reserve wines, a "Friends of the Winery" savings card, and a souvenir Beringer Master Series apron.
