(PRWEB) January 11, 2004 --The anniversary of the tragic Roe vs. Wade decision legalizing abortion on demand in the US will be marked by the TV broadcast of the pro-life movie "one day in may".
This unique and compelling drama tells the story of a college senior who must overcome abuse and betrayal to fight for the life of his girlfriend's unborn baby.
Winner of the award for "Most Creative Story Line" at the 3rd annual WYSIWYG Film Festival, the movie stars Maria Bellantoni (ER, Law & Order), John-Paul Lavoisier (One Life to Live) and Chrisie Penna.
FaithTV, which offers such classic movies as "Call of the Wild" and Christian films such as "Something to Sing About" and "Joni", will air the movie on Jan. 22 at 2 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. (EST). The independent broadcast channel is available through SkyAngel.
Since the Jan. 22, 1973 Roe vs Wade Supreme Court decision, an estimated 45 million unborn babies have been killed by abortion in the US. Untold numbers of women and men have also suffered serious psychological and physical harm as a result, a growing body of medical research shows.
