ML Designs Studio (http://www.art4floors.com), a fine and graphic art design studio announces the completion and delivery of a one of a kind, hand-painted, heavyweight vinyl floor cloth that accents and color matches a vintage period wallpaper pattern. The six by eight foot design resulted from a review of wallpaper and fabric samples and collaboration with the Maryland homeowner.

“This was a particularly rewarding project,” says Marion Lott Kilarski, artist and owner of ML Designs Studio. “We successfully married new with old without disturbing what was already there. The highly stylized heavyweight vinyl floor cloth also went beautifully with the homeowner’s seasonal accoutrements from Guatemala. This was another test that we successfully passed.”

ML Designs Studio floor cloths are often collaborated on with interior designers and homeowners, so that the final design complements fabric and paint samples. Cleaner than rugs and easier to care for, hand painted vinyl floor cloths require only soap and water to maintain a like new quality. ML Designs provides a floor cloth care kit and instructions with each completed work. ML Designs floor cloths come in standard rug sizes and custom shapes that are limited only by the imagination.
