For this forum, Professor and professional musician Vulindlela Wobogo will be the conductor. Wobogo is Professor of African-American Music and History at San Francisco State University, a Physical Chemistry instructor for San Francisco City Colleges Scholastic Program and, an author. He will take us through amazing journeys of The Underground Railroads spirituals, chain of stations, and of freedom loving people -The Friend of a friend, " all giving a hand to slaves headed for the Promised Land. Join us as we learn and sing.
Attire (Optional): Clothing of the 1800s and like those of our enslaved ancestors.
