Chef Works Open House Event Raises Money for San Diego Fire Victims

Chef Works helps local charities ease the pain of the local wild fires.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) January 13, 2004 -- November 12th, 2003 Chef Works uniforms was slated to have an outstanding open house event. Complete with a vendor expo, culinariarn food displays, fashion show of the upcoming chef clothing events to come and a building dedication. But the fires of San Diego had a toll of their own. Chef Works had to reschedule the event date and event organizer, Lee Cottone stated ' lets make the event a time for the city to come together and heal" The local charities in the area benefiting the fire victims. Being a military town,the traditional Marine corp "Toys for Tots" was phoned. The local red cross chapter was involved as well as the san diego fire department.
The night was a true success with Chefs from all over Orange and San Diego county came to visit, donate toys and money.
