Group MegaByte announces the launch of its new Operating Procedures System (OPS) demo for the Risk Management Industry.

Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) January 13, 2004 - Group MegaByte announces the launch of its new Operating Procedures System (OPS) demo. This unique demo shows companies how to publish, update and delete their Operating Procedures in a real time fashion using Internet technology.

Initially Group MegaByte OPS demo is geared towards Risk Management companies that are in the need of an easy-to-use tool that would allow their clients to maintain an up-to-date Operating Procedures Manual but also to be able to test their employees online.

Group MegaByte OPS demo is divided in three areas; Administrative Area, Supervisor Area and Employee Area. All these areas are accessed using the same login screen. The system detects the role of the user accessing the site and immediately redirects the user to the correct area:

§         The Administrative area allows for the insertions, updates and deletions of information such as User Profiles, Operating Procedures, Tests as well as attachment of documents.

§         The Employee area allows employees to browse through all of the Operating Procedures as well as to take any available test. The test scores are kept in the database

§         The Supervisor area contains all of the information shown in the Employee area but it adds a function that allows supervisors to check the test scores of the employees under them.
