During his career at Andersen his responsibilities included management of Andersens South Florida audit practice, practice director for Florida and San Juan and management of Andersens specialty consulting practices in Florida, San Juan and Venezuela. Mr. Denkhaus is a certified public accountant and an expert in complex accounting matters, SEC reporting and registrations, mergers and acquisitions, financings and business risks.
