Thinwires Launches Homespot Internet Service for Property Managers
Thinwires, LLC has launched a new product called Thinwires Homespots. The Thinwires Homespot service allows managers of multi-tenant properties, such as apartment buildings, to provide their tenants with high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity). Wi-Fi, also known as 802.11, sends data through the air instead of wires, thus avoiding many of the complications and high cost of wiring buildings for Internet access.

The Thinwires Homespot service allows managers of multi-tenant properties, such as apartment buildings, to provide their tenants with high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity). Thinwires works with property managers to provide a complete custom and affordable solution-- including consultation, surveying, hardware, installation, monitoring, and support services. Property managers even share in a portion of the revenue earned from their tenants. In addition, tenants are allowed to access the Thinwires Hotspot network at no extra charge, allowing them to connect to the Internet from thousands of hotels, cafés, and restaurants throughout North America.
For a limited time, Thinwires will pay half of the hardware costs associated with new Thinwires Homespot installations. Some restrictions apply.
