Fairfax County Circuit Court employee and alleged habitual harasser, Connie Jean Hawkins, allegedly sent a threatening letter postmarked Saturday, December 27, 2003 to a highly decorated Fairfax County Police Detective.

(PRWEB) January 15, 2004 --Fairfax County Circuit Court employee and alleged habitual harasser, Connie Jean Hawkins, allegedly sent a threatening letter postmarked for Saturday, December 27, 2003 to the home of a highly decorated Fairfax County Police Detective. The Detective, whos name has not yet been released, allegedly has plans to turn the letter over to Fairfax County Internal Affairs Bureau later this morning. The letter allegedly accuses the Police Detective for placing the, now infamous, complaint against Ms. Hawkins with Fairfax County and threatens to expose the Detective for misconduct should another complaint against Ms. Hawkins surface. Ms. Hawkins allegedly references to Circuit Court Clerk, John T. Frey, by instructing the Detective not to contact John" but rather Ms. Hawkins herself.

DH Marks & Associates has confirmed this Fairfax County Police Detective did not participate in the anonymous group complaint of harassment against Ms. Hawkins filed under the Whistle Blower Protection ACT on Friday, November 7, 2003. DH Marks & Associates released the following statement, " We are not surprised by Ms. Hawkins recent activity, it further substanciates our clients claim that Ms. Hawkins continues to abuse her position with Fairfax County Circuit Court to obtain personal information on individuals to satisfy her own agenda. We publicly question Ms. Hawkins motives and mental stability."

Ms. Hawkins has allegedly been accused of following two of the original nine victims that participated in filing the original harassment complaint against her on Friday, November 7, 2003 in her 1995 Grand Prix, vanity tags, COJEHA. Roger Hatfield, whos relation to Ms. Hawkins is still unknown, has allegedly volunteered evidence to DH Marks & Associates that can substantiate Ms. Hawkins has a disturbing history of harassing behavior.

Should any additional threatening letters from Ms. Hawkins surface the recipients are encouraged to contact: Fairfax County Police, Internal Affairs Bureau, 4100 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, Phone: 703-246-2793, Fax: 703-383-9085, Email:IACMDR@co.fairfax.va.us
