Expert on Gay Youth and Prison Life Available for Speaking Engagements

New York, NY -- Writersandpoets.com, LLC author Reginald L. Hall, who is an outspoken advocate for gay rights in the Philadelphia area, is available to speak as an expert on the challenges of growing up Black and gay in the inner city, gay teens on the verge of suicide, and what is on the minds of Americas gay youth.

Mr. Hall is the author of Memoir: Delaware County Prison, which tells the true story of his experiences as a gay, Black inner city teen sentenced to eight months in prison after committing check fraud at the age of eighteen. He candidly reveals his life during those turbulent months, during which he got involved in the self-destructive world of drugs and illicit sex, and tried to put a permanent end to it all by attempting suicide. He also talks about how he was able to survive his ordeal due to the support of his family, especially his mother, his faith in God, and the few genuine friendships he formed with other inmates at the prison.

Mr. Hall is a seasoned television talk show guest and has appeared on programs such as The Ricki Lake Show. His experiences have given him insight into gay teen life and the many challenges faced by young Black men living in the life and trying to survive in prison.

Mr. Hall is available for speaking engagements and as a panelist on any upcoming talk show programs related to the topic of gay life.
