HelixoMetry and Helyxzion announce Joint Venture Agreement towards cracking the full genome by means of their mathematical and visualization tools.

HelixoMetry, Inc. (Silicon Valley, USA) and Helyxzion, LLC (Delaware, USA) developed proprietary mathematical design tool (FractoGene, patent pending) and proprietary visualization software for the genome (respectively), in order to 'cracking the code' of the full genome, including the 98.7% non-coding DNA (in humans). This service will greatly facilitate the merging of Biotech, Nanotech and Infotech, as Genomics is turning in its second 50 years from a challenge to Biochemistry to an even bigger challenge to Information Technology.

Sunnyvale, CA (PRWEB) January 15, 2004 --Those who crack to code will understand the language, and those who corner the database will dominate the business. HelixoMetry markets its full genome service ('CCC on DVD', Code and Cracking the Code on a DVD), including proprietary fractal analysis tools (business model and fractal approach patent pending). Presently, FractoGene.com is the only mathematical algorithm that explains the full genome in terms of fractal self-similarity and fractal analysis. With additional toolkits, such as visualization of the nucleotides, codons and generated nucleic acids, with proteins as the next step. HelixoMetry and Helyxzion early stage companies jointly seek funding to secure and optimize for each other their proprietary tools.

HelixoMetry, Inc., a California Corporation was founded (early 2002) and privately financed by scientist-executive-entrepreneur Dr. Andras J. Pellionisz (see accomplishments at http://usa-siliconvalley.com/inst/pellionisz), to amass an intellectual portfolio for 'the second 50 years of DNA'. Components are patents, award winning 'know how' of advanced rule based, xml, natural language processing and neural net intelligence-architecture and software, as well as an algorithmic mathematical (fractal geometry) approach to interpret 98.7% of the human DNA (so-called 'Junk DNA'). The Silicon Valley location is ideal for market research, business development, software specification and software design, as well as marketing and sales.

Helyxzion, LLC (Delaware, USA) was founded (early 2002) by physicist Dr. Charles Stevens for the purpose of bringing to market the Helyxzion Anvil Viewer, a high-throughput bioinformatics application that facilitates rapid modeling and analysis of DNA. The Helyxzion Anvil Viewer is expected to quickly become the "application of choice" in the biotech community, and to significantly accelerate the pace and effectiveness of applications in genomics. Helyxzion LLC is committed to achieving complete understanding of the nature and function of DNA. This commitment is evidenced through the ongoing discovery, development and dissemination of practical and effective tools and methodologies that facilitate this understanding.

HelixoMetry and Helyxzion, at this time when Scientific American, in its 2003 November issue put the 'seal of approval' on the fact that DNA 'junk' in fact 'is the very basis of human complexity', join forces with their unique mathematical understanding of the code of the full genome, and release their knowledge in DVD (product) service and (human) consulting service.
