His practice focuses on litigation matters related to construction law, products liability, and other civil litigation matters.
Mr. Breckenridge served as law clerk for the Honorable James W. Johnson, Jr., South Carolina Circuit Judge for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, and has experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on commercial investment properties. He previously was a member in the firm of McClain & Breckenridge, L.L.C., in Greenville, S.C., where he focused on civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, large products liability claims, and other civil matters. Mr. Breckenridge received his B.A. degree from Wofford College and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to the United States District Court in the District of South Carolina.
