Stefanie Michaels, known to millions of fans as Adventure Girl®, is lending her time and support to Starlight Children's Foundation, and their upcoming celebrity event, Stars with Sticks, featuring celebrities such as, Keifer Sutherland, David E. Kelly, and Tom Arnold.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 17, 2004 --Stefanie Michaels, known to millions of fans as Adventure Girl®, is lending her support to Starlight Children's Foundation and their upcoming celebrity event.

Starlight Children's Foundation, a non-profit organization helping to brighten the lives of seriously ill children, will be holding a charity event, Saturday, January 17, 2004, at 4:30 p.m.

The charity event, called Stars for Sticks, is a hockey game, played by celebrities. Some of the featured players are, Producers David E. Kelly and Bobby Farrelly, actor Keifer Sutherland, Alan Thicke and hosted by Tom Arnold and Fred Roggin of NBC Sports. Tamyra Gray, finalist from American Idol, will be singing the National Anthem.

I'm a huge hockey fan, and only wish I could be playing with the big guys out there on the ice... for now, I'll just have to watch from the sidelines and route the players on", states Michaels, "I just want all my friends and fans to come out, support Starlight, and have a really great time for a good cause!
