The Company developed a number of industry-leading new technologies leading to patent applications for Multi-Content Zone personalization, for rules-driven personalization of HTML emails based on customer preferences, and XML Remote Control transactional messaging tools, enabling large organizations to securely deliver personalized order receipts, account status, customer alerts, event notifications and other transaction-based email notifications.
