Ultimately the serial killer is brought to justice when the protagonists determine that the murderer is patterning his brutal killings after figures from Greek mythology. Action takes place in Atlanta, the North Georgia mountains and along the Appalachian Trail.

Alan Beske resides in the mountains north of Atlanta. This is his first novel.
