Evening cooking classes with Bellavino's own Chef Richard Hyman are hands-on and participatory, and the instructional fare ranges from a seafood session including Asian-style steamed salmon dishes, a sautéed scallop dish and an interesting curried shrimp dish (a twist on the standard shrimp cocktail) to a three-part "The Secrets of Perfect Risotto" class. All of the cooking classes are designed to teach recipes that are perfect for home entertaining as well as being relatively easy to prepare.
    
Each and every week also brings several wine tasting and food pairing opportunities including a chance to learn the basics of tasting and pairing at one of the introductory evenings tasting events, or one of the special tasting and food pairing sessions such as "Sushi and Sake," and the "Grateful Palate: Australian Tasting."
