Boston, MA, -- January 21, 2004 - The Training Associates (TTA), the largest and oldest provider of IT trainers, announces that Richard Lees has joined its ranks as National Sales Manager. Rich will be responsible for managing and developing sales representatives as well as increasing TTA market share and revenue.

Rich will be responsible for managing and developing sales representatives as well as increasing TTA market share and revenue.

Rich has over 13 years of experience in the staffing industry starting in 1989 at AeroTEK/Allegis Corporation/TEKsystems, as a Recruiter/Customer Representative when the company was just beginning with revenues of $22 million and ten salespeople in three locations. Over the next dozen years he grew with the company, first as a leading Sales Manager to his most recent post as Executive Director of Business Operations. Rich a significant contributor to the growth of the organization into one of the five largest staffing companies in the world with revenues of $3.5 billion, 2,700 salespeople in over 300 locations, employing over 40,000 contractors, growth reached extensively from internal resources and no outside investment.

One of Richs most prominent successes was building the Dallas/Ft. Worth regional office from three sales teams to over 100 sales teams, from a few recruiters to over 125 recruiters, from one sales office to twelve sales offices, and revenues from $2 million to $140 million with a pretax profit of 15%.

Rich has his BS in Business Administration from Nichols College. Rich served in the United States Army for eight years ending his career as a Captain and Airborne Ranger.
