Up and coming "underground" Goth film breaking barriers.

GOTH INSPIRED movie breaking through barriers.

(PRWEB) January 21, 2004 --"Triste Edad," an undergound goth inspired movie that follows the trials and tribulation of a young musician. The movie was set in Chicago's own Pilsen community and incorporated some area faces and architecture. The movie captures a dark ambience on film, all the while telling a compelling story.

The movie sparked interest in Chicago own "pop goth" natives GRIGORI 3."We were honored to be a part of it and we really think the movie will capture the interest of a wider audience-bands like Marilyn Manson & Evanescence have opened the doors that were once shut to darker music or GOTH,and now the industry is starting to realize it, even incorporate it into the mainstream -this film wasn't afraid to cross those same barriers." said GRIGORI 3 front woman Gwen Bartolini.

GRIGORI 3 known for their "pop goth" inspired club hit "AWAKENING", got the "acting bug".The up & coming band appeared in cameos and had featured performance (shot in Chicago's own treasure the famed -APO Building.)in the movie. The goth inspired movie is due out in fall 2003. At which time the band will debut their highly anticipated follow up release "Defende".
